Donation Information

Currently, here are our monthly obligations:

GENERAL FUND

• $325.00 - Hay
• $420.00 - bedding or pellets
• $125.00 - Farrier
• $135.00 - grain
• $580.00 - vet bills

PLEASE NOTE: We are having fundraisers all year to help us with these bills. See News page for Current Events

HORSE FUNDING

It costs us a minimum of $1,000.00 to bring a needy horse in. Towing, vet bills(shots, teeth floating) farrier, etc. It costs us a minimum of $2,000.00 more a year to keep the horse, rehab it etc. It could be more if the horse becomes ill or requires a vet visit

If you wish your check to be used for Horse Funding (getting new horses in), please designate HORSE FUNDING on the memo part of your check. If you wish the payment to be used for GENERAL FUND, please mark it that way.

If your memo is not marked it will probably be used for General Fund. Thank You.

Our horses need you! We would like to invite you to pledge your support of Mt. Hope Horse Rescue at one of the following levels:

Horse Angel - $50/mo. ($600/year) - Horse Angel pin, name on our website

Horse Ambassador - $100/mo. ($1,200/year) - Horse Angel pin, name on our website, discounts on MHHR merchandise

Horse Sponsor - $150/mo. ($1,800/year) - Horse Angel pin, name on our website, discounts on MHHR merchandise, name on the stall sign

Over and Above – Monthly contribution _over_ $200/mo. - Horse angel pin, name on our website, discounts on MHHR merchandise, two complimentary tickets to the Christmas party, and a plaque in your honor mounted in the barn

We also need cat food and cat litter(clumping) for our cats! We have 3 barn cats and they eat dry all year round (RED FLANNEL) AND ANY STINKY CANNED CAT FOOD in the winter.

If you are a girlscout troup or 4H, could you raise money and buy gift certificates to support our barn
